Training for Change offers many workshops publicly, but the majority of our workshops are offered for specific organizations or groups. Most of those are adapted specifically to organizations or specific circumstances.

If you or an organization that you are a part of would like to bring Training for Change for a workshop, contact our administrative coordinator (peacelearn@igc.org).

If you send an email, include a description of the kind of training you would like to arrange. Include potential dates, size of the group, goals, general demographics of the group, and outcomes desired from the training.

First, we will work with you and your goals to figure out the best workshop. We will help you decide if you need a pre-designed workshop from our menu of trainings (below) or require a specially designed workshop. We often find at this stage groups get clearer about their goals or which workshop goals might most advance their needs.

Second, we will figure out which TFC training team is best qualified to offer that particular workshop. We will match your group with a training team which reflects your needs for a diversity of leadership, specific skills and experiences, and other considerations.

Third, once a training team is decided upon, our administrative coordinator and the trainers for your workshop will work with you to make final agreements about logistics, contract and fees.

Please note: If you have a personal connection to any of TFC’s trainers and contact them directly about hosting them for a workshop for your group under the Training for Change name, please be sure to cc the administrative coordinator (peacelearn@igc.org) on your communication with them.
