It started as a promise: to never use a rally again. The result: the captivating stories of Casino-Free Philadelphia about how to make
change by creating new tactics. Daniel Hunter shared stories about creating campaigns with innovative tactics and becoming a more effective activist with Earlham College students.

Tactics and campaigns include: Philly's Ballot Box, Operation Transparency, Citizen's Search and Seizure, and the Public Filibuster.
