Quakers interested in direct action campaigning gathered for a day-long training in how to create a campaign. During the gathering we went through the classic steps of creating a campaign: picking an issue, choosing a target, and identifying a clear goal, selecting and ordering tactics, and identifying allies/opponents. Tools used included: the paper plate challenge, spectrum of allies, elicitive questions, and more.
