Training for Change conducted a two-day intensive with the four new IVAW field organizers who will be working with the IVAW members and chapters in different regions of the United States. This training covered a variety of skills for doing one-to-one meetings and coaching sessions, analysis of the stages of social movements, theories of change, team work and communication, and campaign development.
