In this workshop we worked with Prometheus Radio Project staff to identify what parts of its organizational culture, policies and approach might be limiting factors for people who they would like to invite to be more involved in their leadership and work and looked at strategies, tools and behaviors that support organizational movement towards the integration of an anti-racist approach.
